Assam Petrochemicals Ltd(APL),one of the most prestigious PSU under state Govt. is gearing up to expedite the installation/erection works of its ambitious 500TPD New Methanol and 200 TPD Acetic Acid plants, costing a total capital outlay of Rs 1028 Crore ,under the Integrated 500TPD Methanol-200TPD Acetic project. On that very occasion 02(two) LETTERS OF INTENT (LOI) were signed by the APL Managing Director and issued to to M/S Engineers India Ltd, New Delhi (with Technology from Haldoor Topsoe,Denmark) and M/S Bejing Zehua Chemicals Engineering Co. Ltd, China On Sep 19,2014. M/S Engineers India Ltd would provide licence , Engineering ,Procurement & Construction Management(LEPCM) services for its ambitious new 500 TPD Methanol Plant and M/S Bejing Zehua Chemicals Engineering Co. Ltd. China would supply the acetic acid technology & Basic process design and Engineering including supply of proprietary items ,erection, supervision and commissioning of its new 200 TPD acetic acid plant
